Our first race weekend at Sebring is on the books! Despite what appeared to be a subtle handling issue with the car, Dan did some nice driving at Sebring! He finished 8th and 9th respectively. The field is very competitive this year. The young guys that have returned are a bit faster. We also have high level Carrera Cup and Supercup racers from overseas. We are currently 8th in the points.
We have high hopes for Miami F1 weekend, May 3-5. The differential has been sent in for inspection and most likely an overhaul. We are hoping that clears up some back end being loose issues. We know we can be faster! Our main goal (with MDK and Dan) is to improve our qualifying as we believe we are a Top 5 contender, but we realize it’s very difficult to pass with the level of drivers this year. So the objective is to start up front and finish up front. Pretty simple!! :)
Go Dan!

Dan’s Comments..
Its a surprise gift to be racing again in a 2nd season. Thank you, everyone.
I have some experience to bring from last year and already a few of the new drivers have proven to be just as fast as we are. One of them is in our team which is perfect for me to try to glean his knowledge from racing in Carrera Cup GB and Supercup to understand these cars even more.
The field so far is really close in speed and the new Yokohama tire is a good challenge for us all, with extra added character of reducing grip as a race distance pans out. I like that finesse and smoothness is rewarded over the course of a race.
The new team have been fantastic so far. Very organized and hard working. It feels like there are 3 times the number of people around me now and they're already combing through the car to get it to the level of my teammate's who managed to get a win already for the team at Sebring. So I'm hopeful all our potential will be unlocked at some point this year and the sky will be the limit.
Thank you everyone.
